Refunds are on a per request basis. Damage in shipping is covered by your selected shipping method, where applicable. Returns will have a reasonable restocking fee. Shipping and return shipping cannot be returned as services are rendered and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer (with some exception).

Shipping should be requested when necessary. The mirrors are large and heavy. Shipping fragile devices, especially to locations with rough terrain, can put risk to the mirror. We make every effort to ensure the item is packed securely and protected, including any appropriate labeling suggested by the shipping company. We recommend insurance in case of the event of any damage.
