Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
To begin a damage claim, email us with:

Photos of the damaged item

Photos of the shipping box and packing materials
Once verified, we will offer either a replacement (when available) or a refund at our discretion.
Damage claims submitted after 72 hours cannot be honored.
Items Lost in Transit
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to file a missing package claim.
We are not responsible for:

Refunds for Approved Claims
If a refund is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

For installment providers such as Affirm, refunds are handled through the provider and applied directly to the customer's loan balance.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.
