Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage

We ship orders only within the Continental United States.

Shipping is not available to the following locations:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • Guam

  • American Samoa

  • Any other U.S. territory outside the Continental United States

Orders placed to any restricted location will be canceled and refunded.

Processing Times

Orders typically ship within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unexpected carrier delays.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Transit Times

Delivery times vary based on:

  • destination

  • weather conditions

  • carrier performance

  • the shipping method selected at checkout

Once an order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email (if available for your shipment type).

Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not liable for:

  • delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • lost packages resulting from customer-provided address errors

  • delivery issues related to carrier performance

Please double-check all shipping details before submitting your order.

Order Refusal or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us because:

  • the address was incorrect or incomplete,

  • delivery was refused by the recipient, or

  • the carrier was unable to deliver the package,

the customer is responsible for any re-shipment costs.

If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, a refund may be issued minus a restocking fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred.
